Urgent, please please help - visa expiring next week!!

My student visa will expire on 2nd June 2010.

My result (MSc Computing) will be published on 29th June 2010.

Please advise me how I can stay back and get my results in UK so that
I may not need to apply for my PSW from my home country.

Without documentary evidence that you have passed your course, you cannot apply.

Hi ,

Best solution in my opinion is..... just go back and ask your uni to send your original degree back to your home country and after receiving it apply for the visa . You can not stay ..after 2 June .. and please donot make your case odd while staying 1 more day illegal ( a friendly advice)

r u sure you cant get 4 months extension through uni?

HO should have given you visa until the end of your course PLUS 4 months.. if they didnt, contact your uni immigration office in first instant and they will sort it out for you.
