Bank Letter Format regarding new rules

Article 142
vi) Statement along with a letter from the Bank setting out the dealings it has had with the organisation, including the nature and duration of its dealings.

The above quoted article asks for a bank letter. Could you pls help me with the format urgently

Dear Moderators
pls assist me regarding below document.

My bank provided me with the below letter . Is it sufficient do you think?

"To whom may it concern

We write this reference to to confirm the banking relationship between us
Barclays Band and XYZ Ltd.

We can confirm that the company hold a current operating business currect account with us ...........................and business savings account.................... Both of these accounts have been open since
06.04.2009.

The company operates normal day to day business engagements with us and we are satisfied with the currents operations of these bank accounts.

What is this letter for? What supporting document is this letter to satisfy, that is prescribed in the Tier 1 general guidance?
