Hi

My visa was refused on the following bases

“ your visa letter dated submitted from University of chester does not state what documents were used in order to access your ability to start this courseâ€

If you indeed go for an appeal..
1) Bank statements are fine since you haven't been refused on funds..
2) Birth Certificate clears out the problem with proving your parentage..
3) You would need a letter from the univ which shows exactly what the refusal letter wants it to show..

Hire a lawyer.. (optional )
