Tier 1 General Extension

Hi

My extension is due next year in April 2011.

I was wondering when is the earliest I can apply to extend my stay.

And how would 15 out of 12 months rule apply at the time of application.

You can apply atleast 3-4months before your visa expiry..


If you apply in Jan 1st week you can use any of the consecutive 12months between (1st Oct 09 - 31st Dec 10)

Sorry, is it 3 or 4 Months

I have been informed its 45 Days before I can apply.


Further If I apply in Jan, can I not claim months upntil Oct.
