ILR Eligibility - Lived abroad for two and half months!

Hi All,

I should have been eligible for UK PR by early december 2010.

However due to change of job, I have been living abroad since mid march and my salary was paid into foreign bank. Since I am on a temperoray job, if i return back to UK with in three months (before mid june) will i still be eligible for PR?

I am no expert on this, but if you return within three months and over the 5yr period if you are with in 90/180 day rule - I think you will be in with a chance....
