A few simple questions

Hi,

I am sure these questions will be easy for board members to answer (I have done a bit of search on existing threads but could not find satisfactory replies!)

I am (Tier 1 General) applying for my wife's visa who is outside UK:

1. What should be the content of the reference letter

2. Can my bank statements be presented as proof of address - Do I have to give proof of residents at all!

3. I have changed companies so I will have two different employers' salaries to show on bank statement (not sure if this is requirement in the first place!) - do I need a reference letter from my employer (current or/and previous)

guidance is for extension applications and I think it does not apply for Tier 1 general holders!!!

Have a look at the PBS dependent's guidance those applying from outside the UK!

That helps:

Couple of questions

1. I do not have wedding card.. would the application be alright without it.
2. Proof of address: my bank slips show my current address on them would it be sufficient or rental agreement only is the answer.

Do you have photos , Group photos ... for your marriage ???

Rental agreement is the right choice here ...........
