for B11 ... the slots are less then the reference number as u mentioned... HO normally provides more then enough slot for every answer....bethnalblue wrote:B11. If you have previously applied for extension within the UK you must have recieved a letter from the HO with a reference number, please write that reference number.
D2. Where did the student obtain entry clearance or a visa before travelling to the United Kingdom?

D5. What date is the student’s current leave (or permission to stay) valid until?

please check your current visa or the ID card and write the expiry date mention there

for D2 ... i've already made a extention here....and my most recent visa was issued in UK.
