Informing the Old Employer

Post by kumans1000 » Wed May 26, 2010 9:39 am

I've got a new Tier 2 WP under a new employer. The old employer and myself have some problems regarding the payment issues and wasn't attending the office for the past few days. So I didnt inform
them about my new employment. Can I leave it just like that? or Do I need
to inform them about the termination?

If there is no clause in ur old company to give a notice period/ resignation formalities.. you should atleast let them know by email or letter so that there are no loopholes at ur end.. so that ur old employer will inform HO that u r no longer working for them
just to be safe for future...
