Maintenance of funds for last 90 days and application posted

Post by vennk0 » Tue May 25, 2010 3:53 pm

Hi,

I am planning to apply for TIER - 1 (GENERAL)

1. Everyone says, there should be £800 funds availabel for past 90 days - Is this from the date of application?

Because, I get my bank statements on 5th of every month. But, if I post my application on 10th then will my application will get rejected as there is a gap of 5 days for which I am not showing the funds.

So, please advise if my understandning is correct. The day when I get a letter from bank saying that I have necessary funds in my account for last 90 days should be my application posted date?

2. Do we have Bio-Metrics for Tier - 1 General as well?

Please advise.

Hi,

As per rule mentioned ...

Personal bank or building society statements covering a consecutive 90 day period: The most recent statement must be dated no more than one calendar month before the date of application.

so i think u have one of time frame after you receive the bank statements.

Seniors please confirm the same....

If the 3months bankstatements with the latest date on it you submitted with your application is less than 1month and with min required funds maintained everyday in those 3months.. then u are OK
