Urgent regd Earning

Post by Patil » Wed May 26, 2010 2:24 pm

I will be applying in JUN 2010 for Tier 1 General.

I am in UK from 1st Feb 2010 on workpermit from my current company.

I am getting only allownace in UK not getting any salary in UK.

To get Earning point I will be showing Earning from April 2009 to Jan 2010 all Indian salary (with Uplift factor of 5.3) and FEB month UK allownace in £ (with no uplift Factor).

Will this woork ?

No. From Feb 2010 you can't apply the uplift, though salary is deposited in your home country account!

Hi,

I think let me reexplain,,,,,

Till Jan 2010 i will claiming my Indian Salary (INR) and FOr the month of Feb 2010 i will considering only my Onsite allownace.

For the month of Feb 2010 i received salary in £ in UK HSBC account as onsite allowance.

Is still i cant consider this amount ?

That was an oversight from my end. You are fine with the above statement!

So total Earining =INR(From April 2009 to Jan 2010 with Uplift of 5.3)+On site allowance of FEB 2010 in £

Please correct if required.
