Previous Earnings - Please advise

Hi All,
I am planning to apply for Tier 1 General . I have a few questions from previous earnings.

1. CUT OFF DATE or PAY DATE – which one is assessed by HO? (My salary employment – cut of date is due around after every 4 weeks and I get paid on the following Friday.

2. From Last two months I get the payslips have cut off date written on it instead the pay date (date paid into my bank account) – would that be any issue?

3. Please see below the details of my four weekly pay – I will be producing 13 payslips (52weeks/4weeks = 13 => 12 months) – is that been calculated right (I am a bit confused with the calculations)

JULY 2009 Cut off date (28th) & Pay date-(31st)
AUG 2009 Cut off date (24th) & Pay date-(28th)
SEPT 2009 Cut off date (28th) & Pay date-(31st)
OCT 2009 Cut off date (20th) & Pay date-(25th)
NOV 2009 Cut off date (18th) & Pay date-(23rd)
DEC 2009 Cut off date (13th) & Pay date-(18th)
JAN 2010 Cut off date (10th) & Pay date-(15th)
FEB 2010 Cut off date (07th) & Pay date-(12th)
MAR 2010 Cut off date (07th) & Pay date-(12th)
APR 2010 Cut off date (1st) & Pay date-(05th)
MAY 2010 Cut off date (02nd) & Pay date-(07th)
MAY 2010 Cut off date (30th) & Pay date-(04th JUNE)
JUNE 2010 Cut off date (27th) & Pay date-(02nd JULY)

You may have a chance of confusing the CW!

You have to consider calendar month and therespective payslip for each calendar month.
