Tier-1 maintainence funds in FDs

Hi,

I am showing my FDs as proves for my maintenence funds. Can some please provide me a format of the letter that I would require from the bank.

Also wanted to know what all documents do I have to submit to HO for FDs. Will the letter from Bank suffice or there are any more docs as well?

Your original FD and a letter from the bank stating all the details and dont forget put in a line in the bank letter " The FD amount is encahasble at any time".
