You can call them on 441142076020 and ask the customer service rep whther your application has been received and the reference name
YOu will need to give them your name, date of birth and nationality.

sorry guys,

Date of Application: 26th Feb
Date of Confirmation of receipt: 27th Feb
Decision Made: 06 March
Status:
Application rejected :(

15 - Academic
0 - Work Experience
25 - Earnings
5 - Age

0 on Work Experience is ridiculous... I have worked as a S/W Engineer for 22 months and currently as Asst. Manager for 10 months post MBA

Also they have not considered my MBA degree from India.... :(

Still unclear about the 0 points on Work Experience....

Yet to receive official rejection letter for not granting any points on Work Experience......

can moderators guide me please .... :(:(:(

:( :( :(

that number is perpetually busy but its reachable. I got thru to that no 3 different times on monday.
and i have at many different times in the last 1 month.
But it requires persistence, a times hitting redial 30 times be4 getting lucky isnt uncommon.
so keep trying.

They do reply emails after about 4-5 days.

yes I had sent detailed Work Experience from both my current as well as my previous employer....

The fact is that I have earned full points on my past earnings which mentions earnings from my Salary, but still have been given 0 on the Work Experience front....

this is really frustrating....

Also they have not granted me 10 points for my MBA Degree....

but none the less... I had called up the number mentioned +441142076020 and they gave me the rejecteion status....

they have sent me documents back to India from where I had applied to Home Office....

I have to wait for the exact cause on the rejection letter and then decide on my next strategy....

whats the chance of getting an approval this time? Moderators.... need your views on this.....

I just spoke to the home office. they say its been assigned to a caseworker. What does this mean? They did not comment on the time. Any thoughts/ideas on this?
Thanks

you got thru eventually.
you should expect a decision within a few days or 1 week at most.
give them till next week and call them up again to find out the status of the application.
You could be lucky to be told the decision over the phone.

Hi amoghdhamankar,

Sorry to hear about your refusal.

Could you please tell us what they said over phone? I am told that they would never disclose the result over phone.

Senior members please advise.
