POST OFFICE SAVING SCHEME AS MAINTENANCE FUNDS?

Hi

Can we show post office savings accompanied with a letter from post office manager saving that funds are liquid and can be withdrawn at any given time without the prior permission will be accepatable by BHC for Maintenance funds?
