Tier 1 (General) Maintenance fund

Post by gauravs9 » Tue Jun 01, 2010 7:31 pm

hi,
I'm applying for Tier 1 PEO,
Below is the summary of my details:
Age: 29 : Points - 20

Earning: from march 18, 2010, I'm in UK and before that in India. The salary I got in india from 1-Apr-2010 to 18-March is 50900 rupees and I got my salary in UK on 23 rd April for 18-Mar-2010 till april i.e. 3770 pounds.
This I calculated and coming to be in 40k + and getting 25 points.

Education: I had done B.E (Engineering) so getting 30 points there.

So it is coming to be 75 points.

Now about the maintenance funds:

I had a FD in India with HDFC bank of amount 112000 rupees, and my wife is having an FD with HDFC of amount 93,000 rupees, both these FD's are from more than 6 months and this is the principle amount I have written.
But there is 1 problem, for the period i.e. March 15 till 8-May-2010 my wife has minimum balance of Rs: 74,000 rupees in her account and from 23-April till date I'm having the minimum balance of 2100 pounds in my UK account and my wife had above 3000 pounds in her UK account. So will the BHC accept the maintenace funds as I had shown in more than 1 account and as well as minimum balance for 1 month in 1 account and after that in another account.

I had 2 dependents i.e. my wife and my daughter.

I'm planning to go for PEO (in Person appointment), please suggest.
So can you please let me know if I can get the Visa, if yes in how much time.
Further, In case of dependent what Cover letter should I use?

You have to show that the balance for you and your dependents never fell below the minimum required level in the three months claimed. You can summarize it in a cover letter, with source and details of each account. This should not be a problem.

2) what are my chances? If you have all the supporting documents, which can confirm your claimed points, you would face no problem in getting visa.

Hi ,

Are you on Intra company transfer in UK ???

from march 18, 2010, I'm in UK and before that in India. The salary I got in india from 1-Apr-2010 to 18-March is 50900 rupees and I got my salary in UK on 23 rd April for 18-Mar-2010 till april i.e. 3770 pounds.

****** This you have to explain a little clear in your cover letter as being a simple person i can not get it .

IMO , do not go for PEO ... i see your case not straight forward so just prepare it and go for mail option .

Good luck!
Thanks

Ali
