Bank Statement Date Confusion

Post by cool_guy123 » Thu Jun 03, 2010 7:55 am

Dear All,

For maintenance, three month bank statement start date should be the first Calendar day of the month OR I can start from any day of the month.

Example:
05/03/2010 - 05/06/2010

Please clarify.

Calendar day of months...

For example if you getting your letter today, i.e. 5th June 2010, then get the issuing letter including the period 4th March 2010 to 3rd June 2010.

90 days prior.... Other folks, please correct me if iam wrong...

It should cover minimum 90 days...it does not have to be just 90 days...the more the better...

For example if you apply on 14th May 2010, you can run a bank statement from 1st February to 7th May 2010 (more than 90 days) and that will be just fine as long as the number of days between 14th May 2010 and end date of the statement is no more than 1 month.

OR you could statement from 1st December 2009 to 1st May 2010 and apply on 14th May(as the number of days between 14th May 2010 and end date of the statement is no more than 1 month). ..that will be just fine too as long as you maintain the minimum threshold of GBP 2800 for single.
