dependent fee

I am planning on applying for my Tier 1 now and applying for my wife and kids 3 months down the line due to not enough maintenance funds to show for all presently.

Will I have to file a fresh application for them as dependent later or can I include them in my application now mentioning they will aply later?

I am asking this question as I will have to pay for the visa fee for my self now and then once again if I apply for them later. Is there a way around paying for them later?

Any input will be much appreciated.

You will have to pay the full fee if you apply separately. There is no way around.
