Lease agreement?
Letter from the landlord’s agent confirming enough space in the house and also confirming their acceptance to another person sharing the premises? Do you have any rough format of this letter?
Something on the following lines:
We (name of the agents or the landlords) confirm that Mr. (your name) is occupying the (address) for the last xxx months at a monthly rent of xxx.
The property is a xxx bedroom house with two double bed rooms and a single bed room enough to accomodate Mr. xxx and his wife Mrs xxx when she comes over to the UK. We dont have any objection for her to stay in the premises.

If there are no agents involved, you need a letter from a property agent or a surveyor confirming that the accomodation is enough once your wife moves over.
Letter from the join tenants? Same here (only applicable if you are sharing the property with someone else.)
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Re: Letter of no objection
I, xxxxx, resident of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, confirm that I am a joint tenant for the said property along with xxxxxxxxxxxxx and I don’t have any objection on his wife to stay with us at the property.

Copies of my passport showing my details, visa and entry and exit stamps for my visit to Pakistan?
Did you provide all passport pages scan copy? And what about their testing or stamps?
First page showing the photo and details, visa page and pages showing entry and exit stamps. They were attested and stamped by a solicitor.
