My application for ILR was refused based on the fact that I couldn't proof that my EEA ex-wife lived here in the UK for one year before divoiced. Now I want to make a new application with my now EEA wife after our marriage and don't know which form to use. I have tried contacting the Home Office, but they are very hard to reach. Thanks.
