TIMELINE AFTER NATURALISATION APPLICATION SUBMISSION

That's a long wait . but don't worry it will soon be sorted.
They propably waitng for you to commit a crime to give a reason to refuse your application. So chill out, don't do any thing selly, if you drive, becarefull, and no matter what, do not get into a fight .

I am still waiting and worrying about my application. today is 13 weeks since i applied for BC God knows what HO are doing,,, but never mind God is great and faithful to all of us.

That might be the reason, I'm Ukrainian and I think I will be in the same boat when I apply in July.

You need to take the letter inviting you to the interview with you.

I took only my reference number ( got it over the phone) as the letter arrived after my interview

I was getting 17th june for elephant & castle office but i asked them for a different area closest to my place and on sat - the closest was for Chelmsford and the guy also mentioned over the phone, they still have slots available. check with them 2mrw

Hi krimith, she advised it would be between 7-10 working days, but couple of my friends received their passports in less than 5 days even.. so lets see.

My citizenship ceremony is on 15 July in my local council, I called them for private ceremony but they said earliest date for private ceremony is first week of July with 100 fee.

Is there any possibility of getting private ceremony in any other council.

Please can you tell us about the nature of the traffic offences (how long ago, how many, what for and did you go to court?), this will be very useful for those reading the forum before applying as it is a BIG GREY area.

Hi Guys,

The decision is made on the 1st of June but I have not got my letter as of yet. I found out today they have sent my letter to my previous address even though I have put my current address in the application. i will be going to collect it today hopefully the new tannatns have not thrown it

I rang the council they have not got it either. How does it work, if the application is approved. what does the approved letter look like do they arrange a cerameony or do i have to call the coucil to arrange it. i did use the camden coucil. so i am not sure. any one who has experice who used the council please let me know. does the HO will be sending out an invite or do i have to call them
