Extending TIER 1 points, what turnover or profit required

what amount of turnover or business profit one needs to show for last one year when applying for an extension to get a 40 point equivalent to a 40k+ job. Can one show that one is running any business even if the skills were in IT and now running a lets say a food supply business. Do we need to show job or we can show business also.

You can show both, if applying as employed (You need to show Gross)
If applying under business ( You need to show Net profit)
