Dependent visa (difficult situation)

Post by cool_guy123 » Sun Jun 13, 2010 10:42 am

Dear Members,

I've got Tier-1 G Visa and I want to travel within 28 days to avoid from 2nd extension. I am working in Gulf (GCC) and having residence permit valid till next year. Visa processing time is faster from GCC.

Because of maintenance funds I can only apply visa for my dependents (wife and child) after 40 days. Furthermore, I have to resign from my job, sell my furniture/Car etc...

In this case is it ok if i travel to UK stay there for a week and come back and then apply for my dependents from GCC.

What documents I will need to apply for my dependents in this scenario.
1. VAF10 form
2. 3 X Months bank statements
3. Marriage Certificate.
4. Marriage Photo
5. MY visa copy with UK entry/exit stamp

Is this enough or i need proof of accommodation and my current salary slips also..

Please comments.
