dependent visa querry

my husband is about applying for a dependent visa since i'm on psw (got mine early may} i have up to 3000 pounds in my account in the uk for two months , and my husband has had up to 2400 pounds for the rest 1 month after mine dropped. can he apply with a combination of the two accounts since they actually overlap not leaving any day gap,

As per the rules, I believe that the money should be in your name..

but the rule says the maintenance funds could be in either account, doesnt it ? i believe it does .

I just checked and u are right.. It can be in the applicants name too.. However, I would suggest that for the third month why don't you show the first account too even if it is having just 10 - 20 pounds along with the account in your husband's name..

yeah. thats exactly what we intend to do . he is the one applying for it cos he is at home while i'm in England already/ Any more advice you could give , Potterbond ?
