I have applied spouse visa know Canadian Immigration Sent me interview letter in which they required.....or Need..

OK, I am still not sure if I understand your question or you are not understanding their request.

I will try to answer, based on what I think you are asking.

Lets say you applied on March 1st, 2010. In that application you gave your current address and your current job information.

If you have then moved and/or gotten a new job, you need to send that updated information to them. That is what they are asking. Updated information since your application.
