is anyone waiting to hear about their aplication from New Delhi?

ours went inon 27th April, but the status doesnt even say under process yet. Just says it has been forwarded to the BHC, New Delhi.

whats everyone elses say and whats your time frames so far?

its a settlement visa for spouse.

these are replys in relation to people who have submitted applications that are dealt with by New Delhi BHC.

My wife submitted her's in jalandhar but it is sent to New Delhi. We submitted ours on the 13 April and on the 19 April it changed to under process. I wouldn't worry too much that the status has not changed because at the moment it is taking nearly 12 weeks from my understanding and the infromation from people who have got replys.

you can try emailing the VFS office but i don't think they will be much help.

Hi guys just to let you know im in the same situation as you.

I applied on the 14th at Jalandar as well (it was vaisakhi that day and the office was like a ghost town) .. my wife was in and out in around 20 mins after checking all documentation

same as you all .. mine is still showing processing, although now i am starting to get a bit impaitent and worried (maybe needlessly) ... have any of you guys heard anything ?

Would be nice to hear from you guys as our application dates are all very simalar.

Also if you check the official processing times for the Jalandar centre they have been updated for the month of May and decisions made and from the statistics you can see that there has been a big increase in number of settlement visa applications
