My Husband has 2 kids under 18 from another woman not married to, before getting married to me in UK some 7 years ago when he was on visit to UK. Now, I am on PSW, My husband leaves in Asia, But it is his wish that I use my PSW to bring his kids, (my Step Kids) to UK as my Dependants. I already have 3 kids for him in the UK too.
Can I be allowed alone to do a PSW Dependant for my Step Kids, while my husband is not in the UK?
Evidences I have
1. I have Valid UK marriage Certificate to prove my marriage with my husband.
2. I have the Kids Birth certificate which has my Husbands Name as their Dad.
3. I have kept fund for 3 months as appropriate.
4. The kids has visited me in the UK some 2 years ago on my invitation as family member.
