Fees for naturalization

I am looking at fee form but now got confused. I will be doing Joint husband wife application with one child.

Total is 930 + 470 = £1400

What should I write on fee slip's Applicant Name and details as we are three applicants in total.

Please advice.

Yes you have to write £1400 all together

But whose name, DOB and POB should I write on the fee slip as there is place for just one applicant and we are 3 application with combined fees of £1400

Yes you can write only one name DOB and etc whose paying whole fee you or your wife anyone detail for all applicant they consider application like family
