Bray Council left a note on my car window to pay 80 euro for a parking offence /overstayed by extra 20 min on the parking space 2,5 years ago/. I am filling out form 8 now and thinking should I let them know that.... Would that me on the Garda register??? Would that have influence on the decision to declare me of a "good character"? Could they reject my application for citizenship because of that? Sorry for writing in English (my Russian is not very good)

Dont worry .. you be fine. But next time follow parking by laws. Unless you have been convicted of some offence or serious traffic offence than only.
