Here is my timelines.

NCS or Postal: NCS
Date of submission : 1st June 2010
Received at HO: 2nd June 2010
CRITERIA - 5 years ( 4 years wp + 1yr hsmp + 1yr PR ) ,family : kid,wife ,myself
Date of payment taken by HO: 4th June 2010
Date of receipt of acknowledgment: 9th June (dated 4th June 2010)
Date of receipt of approval: pending

BTW, can you advise me where to get the Passport applicaion forms. Do I need to get individual form for each person(myself , wife and child). I have seen many timelines here that, people applied the passport on same day when they complete the ceremony. Pls guide me where to get the passport application form and can i request the form before i get the approval

You can get the passport application at the post office or you can request it be sent to you at:

No you dont need to show any identification. just walk in and ask for the envelope, some post office put it on the counter so you can just walk in an pick one.

Its good but take one hour or two hour and also if you go with family you can take family picture,you have to wait for letter bec some council only accept ceremony letter ref no.

try call this number 0300 222 0000. they work from 7am -11pm. ask them if your application is in the system and if they say yes tell them to give you ur reference number so that you can call to book your interview very fast.

Yes, i did recieve my documents back today,i am waiting for my pssport still.you should ring IPS or go to online tracker to find the status of your application and if your on the system ask them for teh reference number for the interview,so you can ring and make the interview rather wait for the letter to come,i made my interview today my letter was too delivered today for the interview.Hope this help else try to goto posts on 174,175,176 you get a better idea.

Thank God, God is faithful, we got our approval today. I have lived in the UK for 10yrs and i have finally got the approval, all my workmates got theirs 4yrs ago. But God always has a plan, so if you are still waiting for your approval keep trusting in Him who sees and knows what goes on in the HO office in Liverpool.
