Employer salary Authorization Letter

Hi,

Can anyone tell me, that Salary Authorization Letter from my Employer is madatory for HSW tier 1 (General) visa. I have all the other details like

Company Attested payslip for last 12 months.
Form 16 for the last financial year
Goverment endorsed slip for my Tax subission.
Bank statement showing net salary credtitedin my account

The problem is, I have to submit a letter with the reason for getting it done. I can't go to my HR manager and give out the reason that I am privately planning for HSW.

If you have got stamped & signed payslips from the employer then you do not need an authorisation letter...good luck!!

Keep it simple. They ask for one document each from two different sources. Bank statements and payslip would do. You do not need a letter.

either one of Salary Authorisation letter with complete break up for 12 months in a single letter or 12 months salary slips
