Post by manuelaux » Sun Jun 20, 2010 10:41 pm

Well... Every time I read something about Tier1 I find something new about documents required.
So can someone finally confirm Tier1 documents checklist? :)

Me:
Age
- Passport

Qualifications
- Original diploma
- UK NARIC Statement of Comparability

Earnings
- Letter from my employer showing my earnings (gross and net salary)
- Letter from bank showing my net earnings

English skills
- IELTS certificate (1 month old)

Maintenance
- Letter from bank showing my balance in last 3 months

Dependant:
Maintenance
- Letter from bank showing my balance in last 3 months

Other:
- UK Civil Partnership certificate
- Bills, insurance, tickets, photos, etc showing that our relationship is subsisting

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE? :)

If you have Police Registration Certificate, then attach it as well. Don't repeat my mistake - http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=58915

Well ... Situation is like this ... I have apartment, and my boyfriend lived with his parents.

Now we live together in my apartment. We tried to register by Croatian police but in that case he should change residence address and all documents. That would complicate our life completely and take a lot of time...

We will apply for visa in august ... Till then we would have no time to change all documents... When we get visa we will leave in few months and apartment where we live will be empty. We thought it could be better that he keeps be registered at parent's address as all documents (for example tax refund) will arrive at that address. If it come on our empty apartment, all tax for this year ...

What should we do? We tought explain all situation within covering letter with visa application. So we tought show bills (credit card, mobile phone ...) but goverment things (tax ... ) has to arrive at the address stated in police ... and if we change that everything will arrive to emty appatment.

@manuelaux: Well I think, for the earnings, you require tax return document as well provided in your county tax is payable.

Isn't enough breakdown of my salary on my payslips as first document? And net salary from my bank as second document?
