I am using following as accountant's letter template for my tier1 application. I have self employment and salary as my earnings source. Please let me know if this will be fine or i need to add anything.

The letter is OK from your account. I'm sure you are sending across the P&L statment as well for being on self employment?

Do you need to show the p & l statement as well? i will be showing bank statement, invoice, letter from accountant and work order document from the client.
