Is it Ok if I make entire 2800 GBP in my bank account in 2-3 transactions and then keep it for 3 months

do they check in how much transactions 2800 GBP is accumulated ?

No. They don't check it. The requirement is only to have £2800 in your bank account for a minimum of 3 months.
