Joelondon be patient. you will get your letter soon. On average it takes 4-6 weeks from what i have been seeing. Mine took 6 weeks, so yo need to relax even though you are anxious. I think you are in your 5th week

I applied on the same day as you i.e. 7th June. I received my letter asking me to book an interview on the 19th June (dated 17th). I attended the interview yesterday. You mention initial checking stage...does that mean you did not use the check and send service ?

After your ceremony you can wait as long as you want: you will already be a citizen. However be advised that some requirements can change at any time e.g. passport fees, waiting times, more checks etc. I know of many people who applied years after their ceremonies

Please what does it mean when homeoffice say your application is with caseworking team awaiting further enquiry?
