Tier 2 dependent VISA processing time and rejection ratio

Post by rutvikmrug » Wed May 19, 2010 8:35 pm

Hi,
I am in UK from last 1 year on TIER 2 ICT and I have applied for Tier 2 dependent VISA for my wife on 4th May at Ahemdabad Center.

Can anyone please let me know approx time for processing TIER dependent visa and chances of getting application rejected (ratio overall or for Ahemdabad center)

I think I have met all criteria and submitted all documents but still bit worried.

Thanks,
Rutvik

Hi,
This link suggests 100 % success in 2 weeks...but not true for me yet.

Does long waiting lead to rejection?

Thanks,

Look under "other non-settlement". It is a dependent application and not a Tier 2 application.

My friend got his wife's (dependent) visa after 40 days just yesterday ! He had to escalate the issue to UKBA through the sponsor company and it took a long time still.. but the visa came in all approved just yesterday

@Junaid.
i think it shoud not be any problem if you have shown required amount for 3 months in local bank. Good luck.
