Thanx a lot for this Forum, Here is a quick question and I need confirmation from you guys before I apply.
I get paid my onsite allowance and Indian Salary. I got a lettor from my employer stating clearly as below.
His salary in India and his allowance during his assignment in xxx during period 01/04/2009 to 30/06/2010 are as below. Allowances which includes Housing , Per Diems , Yearly fly back are part of xxx remuneration package and contractually bound to pay during his assignment in xxx country. apart from these regular allowance I also claim taxi bills which I spend and claim. I know taxi bills are not my salary so I clearly got mentioned on my letter that my taxi bills are part of Reimbursement as it is important both numbers in my letter and bank statement should tally.
Payment Date Indian Salary (INR) Allowance in EUR Gross/Net
xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
sum of my Indian salary and onsite allowance with out any uplift factor will give me enough points for me to qualify. I got letter from my employer for 15 months and I am claiming for latest 12 months which I am specifing on my covering letter aswel as on the application form.
as part of my secondary evidance I am attaching bank statements from both countries
1) Do ECO raise any concerns regarding my allowance?
I got clearly specified from my employer as 'Allowances which includes Housing , Per Diems , Yearly fly back are part of xxx remuneration package and contractually bound to pay' as per visa guidelines.
