Hi,

I had my HSMP in August 2006 for 2 years, in august 2008 I had a swtich over for extension under Tier1 and now in August 2011 this will expire. Am I still eligible to apply for ILR? could you please enlighten me with new regulations that are anticipated?

Any one knows if Pre November 2006 HSMP rules are posted any where?
