ILR Premium applications - should dependents accompany?

Post by raghu_tallam » Fri Jun 25, 2010 10:57 pm

Dear All,
I will be applying for ILR under WP + HSMP + Tier1 category.

My wife has stayed in the UK for more than 2 years. So, I would like to know if my wife needs to accompany me to the PEO if I go for the premium ILR application?

I am sure this question may have been answered several times on this forum, but I am unable to locate it through search!

Kind regards
Raghu

I read from the below link that dependents don't need to accompany the main applicant for non-biometric applications:

https://ukbabooking.homeoffice.gov.uk/u ... l#inperson (See Family Group section)

Accoriding to the below PDF document, ILR applicants don't need to provde bio-metrics (as part of Foreign National ID Cards Scheme):

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... ntitycards

So I don't think dependents need to accompany main applicant for ILR application.

Can someone please confirm this?
