Can I stop my appeal and then apply for PSW?

My student visa application just got refused and I am waiting for my MSc results to reach me within 15 days.

Can I appeal for now and then discontinue with it and apply for my PSW as soon as my MSc result reaches me?

1. If u application is refused then hav u still got a valid leave to remain in the UK?

My refusal letter says that I am entitled to appeal within ten days
otherwise leave this country.

If I appeal and keep waiting for the hearing and in the meantime
my result comes out then can I somehow apply for PSW?

I am expecting my results within 15 days. So it would be very kind
of you if you please advise me something helpful.

1. There is a chance here but evidence provided afterwards does not count.
2. Why dont you think about applying from bak home.
3. If you do appeal so u leave will be extended but wen it comes to hearing or AIT process then they will not accept the evidence provided afterwards and appeal will not be allowed.

Why was your student visa refused?

The way I see it is that if you do not appeal in time you become an overstayer...so it's either you do that within the 10 days or leave the country asap and apply for a PSW from home once you obtain your degree.

If you do appeal however and want to make a fresh application during that period I would do a lot of research and maybe seek legal advice so you go about the process correctly (Withdrawal and fresh application...etc)
