will psw be for 1 year after sep 2010

No need to loose your sleep now on this mate.Don't see rules improving for migrants in future.But whatever comes,face it.People do sacrifice few/many/too many personal things just to stay here and work

i dont think so, this scheme is to keep high quality people in uk and govt is aware that getting jobs is very difficult these days so govt will allow two years so that highly skilled people have full opportunity to make uk economy better

i knew this scheme is to keep high quality people ( Mac reserach finding ) in uk and govt is aware that getting jobs is very difficult these days so govt will allow two years so that highly skilled people have full opportunity to make uk economy better . but government change and they are trying to reduce the number of immigrant from different catagories . they are propsing to stop psw to reduce the attraction to stay in UK after study .The rules is coming on Sep 2010 . I heard it from my solicitor from who is working with familier immigration lawyers .
