Hi,

Currently i am in India.

I have Tier 1 ICT from my current employer.

I want to apply for Tier 1 General.


Please let me know which are the forms i have to filled from Visa services

Aruni,

I have a question for you. May sound stupid but want to know the answer from an expert .

Can I hold two visa's to UK. I mean Tier 1 - general and ICT at the same time. I saw this question in some other forum and got really confusing answers from members. Please clarify.

No..you cant hold two VISAs.....if i apply for Tier 1 general then my Tier1 ICT will be transfered to Tier 1 General....

ok Thanks. another dumb question probably.

What if the other way round? Like I have a Tier 1 Visa and if my company applies a ICT? They may not allow me to travel in tier - 1 general?

Is the answer still the same?

then your tier 1 will be cancelled. btw tier 1 allows you to work in the uk with any employer (or as a self employed person) I don't see why your company wouldn't let you work with tier 1
