is highest degree enough ?

Dear all,

I and my mrs have done M.Sc from Pakistan . Is only M.Sc degrees enough or we have to give all degrees from matriculation, Intermediate and B.Sc
Furthermore I have submit my application till 25 jun 2004 because I m trying to get my original degree from university. Is there will be any change in HSMP till that. if u have some news about any change pls tell me
