HSMP Dependent to ILR

Hi Everyone
I came to UK on HSMP dependent in Feb 2006, I am in process of separation from my wife due to personal reason.

My wife is eligible for ILR as per old rule of 4 years. I am getting separate so there is no question to ask her to put me as dependent to get ILR.

Since Apr 06 I am working in UK with good fulltime job and paying taxes, NI etc.

Is there anyway that I can apply for ILR to get PR.

Please express your view

I'm pretty sure you can only apply for ILR as her dependant
