Dear moderators and successful T1 applicants - HELP!!!

Post by Dimitri » Tue Jun 29, 2010 9:26 pm

Dear moderators/successful applicants,

I see there was a refusal based mainly on absence of a breakdown of self employment income in documentation provided by accountants.

I submitted my application 2 weeks ago and i also didnt have a detailed breakdown of self employment income.

Is the income breakdown mandatory?

should i start preparing for an appeal?

Thank you

What documents have you provided with your application?

Thank you for your reply.

My docs were:

-Letter form acc-t stating total income (employment + self employment) with breakdown of employment only.

-statement of accounts for my business ie Gross and Net income

- invoices
-bank statements
-Public liability insurance
-SA300 from HMRC

Employment:
- bank statements
- payslips
- letter from employer
- p60

and a covering letter written by myself.

In country or outside? I say before you start preparing for an appeal, you should consider sending additional letter with breakdown of self employment income before the decision is taken

Thanks for all your replies.

I would call the HO today and find out what can be done.
