Date of application - date of online payment

is the date of application is the payment date?
if I pay online and make the appointment after two weeks, is it considered in the date of the online payment?

Yes thats correct. the online payment date would be your application date.

Are you certain about that?
if tomorrow I will be 30 years old and today I apply and pay online and my appointment will be 1 month later, TODAY will be the date of my application and will be elgable for the 20 points ??
