I have seen the fees as defined here

It says

1st instalment $2525
2nd instalment $3510

The 2nd instalment of the Visa Application Charge for dependents aged 18 years or over with less than functional English must be paid before the visa is granted.

I will be applying for myself my wife and my 2 year kid
and I wil be applying from India

(A)
How much do I have to pay total as FEE ?

(B)
Is there any other charges in the whole process other than the fee defined above ?

you dont need 2nd installment if your wife can clear IELTS

the only other charge that you will have to bear is for the medicals and skills assessment
