Tier1 document typo mistake on age requirement

Hi all,

According to the following document

It is stated that

Page 16, 63: Applicants can claim points if they are under 32 years of age at the date of their application.
Page 16, 64: Points available are as follows:
Under 30 years of age: 20 points
30-34 years of age: 10 points
35-39 years of age: 5 points

Is this a typo mistake? How can you get points if you are over 32? It is against rule 63. Previously points are only given upto age of 32.
