I got Tier1 Visa on 12th Nov 2008. My visa is expiring on 11th Nov 2011. I am planning to apply for extention in august 2011. The issue is that I came in UK on 25th Feb 2009 that is 3 months late. So the question is do I need to apply for extention another time for three months. Or is there any way I can apply for more than three years visa. Do HO give me more than three years of visa. Or they will give only exact three years visa.
Please advise.
