Got refusal from doj of eu1 application

Hi guys,, I have got refusal letter from doj.they took atleast 8 months and after they were refused my application of eu residence card.they sent me forms for review our case,, but I don't want to review.so what I need to do?? Any suggestions. They gave me 15 days of time.

Did they not give you any reason? Is EU citizen exercising her/his EU treaty rights? If you don't want your application to be reviewed then you don't have any choice except re applying.

Yes rebel,, they gave me reason.it was refused because of the first employment of last year 2009.They said ,, they were investigated the last job,,it was not the bona fide company. She is exercising the eu treaty rights since feb 2009.So what is the way of re applying.will they give me any answer if I will submit my submit my fresh application.

the best thing to do is to go for review execpt you think the company she worked is not a bonafide company. that means the company is not registered company. And in that case you can reapply. But quite funny that it took them 8months to verify if the company she worked is bonafide or not.

Ok. did you know that the payslips and evidence of employment was not genuine?
I know one guy who is in the same situation and INIS found out that he provided fake payslips and he is in review these days.
Well I am not sure what will be better re applying or review in your case. Wait for other knowledgeable members to answer your question.

But the review process takes very long 6-7 months. It is better go for new application???

In this case your Lawyer is right. so better go for new application. As your lawyer said the will still go back to your old application for review and even if you send supporting new documents it will not stand as their decision was based your old documents.

Any advice pls about the new application??? Will they give me answer if I will submit the fresh application to doj.they will charge any fine or not?
