If you have submitted
1)Bank Statements for the earning claim period
and any one of the below
2) Signed and Stamped Payslips for the same period
3) IT Returns

It should be safe and you would not require earning's document.

P.S: A reading of Tier-1 guidance prior to the application would really boost the confidence of every applicant.
